As Digital Content Creator, you'll be instrumental in developing, shaping and executing the content for our social media strategy and supporting the creative design for our clients. Reporting directly to the Luxury Expert Strategist and collaborating closely with our team, you'll lead the charge in creating social media content, growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across all social platforms.

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for the creation, scheduling and posting of all content to our branded social media platforms, as well as actively engaging with our growing community across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Additionally, this person will support our clients in the creative transformation of brands and content production. This role will also work closely with our Founder/CEO on developing brand identity and voice for the channel.

The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about the premium and luxury industry, social media and has proven experience growing a brand's identity and community across channels and platforms. Must have a strong eye and taste level for content while also understanding growth and analytics. Must understand both the art and the science of social media and be excited to take full ownership of the channel including calendar planning, ideation of concepts and storytelling, execution of content capture/creation, copywriting of captions, and analysis and reporting of results. This is an exciting opportunity to help craft the brand voice and identity of a fast-growing fashion company on a high-visibility channel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and curate engaging content tailored to specific goals and target audiences.
  2. Manage and optimize all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  3. Work closely with the luxury expert team to produce high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  4. Post content consistently and frequently to maintain an active and engaged presence on all platforms.
  5. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on luxury and Premium Industry trends, social media tools, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and features into our social media efforts.
  7. Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and brand communication.
  9. Development of brand identity and voice on social media in partnership with Founder/CEO and the luxury experts.
  10. Support our copywriter with ideas for social media captions and Instagram Stories.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a social media role and Branding.
  2. Extremely fluent in all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  3. Exceptional taste level and understanding of luxury and premium business
  4. Excellent written and verbal communications
  5. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
  6. Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  7. Ability to thrive under pressure and use discretionary judgment to make solid decisions
  8. Strong sense of professionalism and interpersonal skills
  9. Team player with a positive attitude, ability to take feedback, and quickly pivot to new directions when needed
