Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our financial operations team. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, conducting monthly and quarterly forecasting, performing financial analysis, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical expertise, and a proven track record in senior accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:
    Complete financial tasks and reporting by the 7th of every month.
    Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end financial processes.
  2. Forecasting & Analysis:
    Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting to provide insight into the company’s financial direction.
    Perform financial analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.
  3. Financial Oversight:
    Assist in financial decision-making, offering insights and recommendations based on financial data.
    Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
  4. Collaboration & Documentation:
    Use Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office to manage financial documentation.
    Collaborate with team members to drive financial initiatives and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience contributing to strategic financial decision-making processes.
  • Prior experience in managing financial operations for remote or global teams.

Must-Haves:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspaces, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet financial deadlines.
