Buscamos un Líder apasionado por el avance tecnológico y el éxito comercial, con habilidades estratégicas, enfoque en resultados y experiencia en la gestión de equipos de ventas internacionales.
Modalidad de trabajo: 100% presencial en Medellín, Barrio el Velódromo - Sector Estadio.
Horario laboral: de lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm, o de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm en caso de estar estudiando.
Salario: Salario básico de $8.000.000 (negociables) dependiendo del perfil del candidato más comisiones.

Requisitos:
- Profesional en Mercadeo, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años liderando equipos de ventas internacionales, con énfasis en mercados de América Latina.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de ventas y gestión comercial (CRM, estrategias digitales, análisis de datos).
- Habilidades en resolución de problemas, adaptabilidad y liderazgo colaborativo.
- Capacidad comprobada para dar feedback efectivo orientado a motivar y desarrollar al equipo hacia el cumplimiento de metas.
- Idealmente, con experiencia en la venta de Software as a Service.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Liderar mediante la venta directa, demostrando excelencia en el cierre de negocios y aplicando estrategias efectivas para alcanzar objetivos comerciales.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias adaptadas a mercados multiculturales en América Latina.
- Monitorear y garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto comercial de todo el equipo.
- Definir e implementar indicadores clave (KPIs) que permitan evaluar y optimizar continuamente la efectividad comercial.
- Fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento mediante retroalimentación constructiva y coaching continuo al equipo de ventas.
- Presentar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño y los resultados del área.
