Coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto, liderando las acciones necesarias para la ejecución de los proyectos y cumplir la promesa cliente registrada en las ofertas comerciales, estableciendo y manteniendo el relacionamiento con proveedores que aportan en los proyectos para cliente, promoviendo el uso de las metodologías creadas para gestionar exitosamente los proyectos desde su inicio hasta el cierre a satisfacción tanto de cliente como de las áreas de atención, para así facilitar e

Coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto, liderando las acciones necesarias para la ejecución de los proyectos y cumplir la promesa cliente registrada en las ofertas comerciales, estableciendo y manteniendo el relacionamiento con proveedores que aportan en los proyectos para cliente, promoviendo el uso de las metodologías creadas para gestionar exitosamente los proyectos desde su inicio hasta el cierre a satisfacción tanto de cliente como de las áreas de atención, para así facilitar el cumplimiento de metas de ingreso y satisfacción de cliente

Funciones principales

Liderar el equipo responsable de alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.

Coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto y controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.

Asegurar la experiencia de los clientes corporativos a través de una adecuada gestión que garantice el cumplimiento de los tiempos de instalación y el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios entregados acordes a la promesa comercial.

Gestionar los quiebres ya sean de tipo técnicos y de cliente mediante el seguimiento puntual con las diferentes áreas involucradas para convertirlos en reinyecciones y poder lograr asegurar el cumplimiento de ingresos del segmento.

Implementar la metodología de proyectos para la ejecución de los contratos asignados, dando cumplimiento a la triple restricción (Alcance, tiempo y costo)

Gestionar los riesgos identificados desde la etapa de preventa, realizando el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo del mismo para proponer planes de acción que conlleven a una correcta integración de la solución en tiempo y costo para el cliente y la organización, adicional a los identificados durante la implantación.

Habilidades/conocimientos requeridos

-Especialista en Gerencia de Proyectos o afines Profesional en Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones.

-Certificación PMP

-Buen manejo de herramientas de Microsoft (Excel, Project)

-Experiencia mínima de 5 años en proyectos de alta complejidad

- Capacidad de planificación, organización, coordinación y control de trabajo

- Capacidad de adaptación, resolución de problemas y mejora continua

Habilidades/conocimientos deseables

- Deseable certificación CCNA equivalente y/o soluciones digitales y/o soluciones seguridad

- Deseable Scrum Master
