We'll count on you to:

  • To analyze FP&A LAC MMC processes and propose enhancements
  • To design, plan, coordinate and follow up FP&A LAC MMC projects in three scopes: optimization, transformation and data quality.
  • To lead (assign tasks) automation pipeline: what to prioritize, what to reject because it does not add value or falls out the function scope, what to deep stress test, align timeline expectations with users (FP&A Core, IDT, local FP&A)

What you need

  • Experience working in global companies
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading FP&A Projects
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering or related field.
  • Solid Knowledge: Project and Quality Management, FP&A and Accounting processes, Office package, Information Systems, Systems Theory, Team planning
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. A third language is an asset (Portuguese).
  • Lead a transformation team (2 Colleagues) towards executing on both the automation pipeline and the delivery of strategic projects.
