Job Description

El Especialista de Estrategía Omnichannel Salud Humana, tiene como principal responsabilidad el:

Desarrollar la estrategia y plan para activar campañas omnicanal en base a una profunda comprensión de las necesidades y comportamientos de los clientes internos.

Trabajar con el equipo crossfuncional de cada franquicia para desarrollar campañas y ejecutar efectivamente la estrategia a través de los diferentes canales. Construir y mejorar las capacidades digitales de experiencia del cliente (UX) y omnicanalidad.

Desarrollar estrategias de contenido que generen contenido de alta calidad, cumpliendo las normas y que pueda ser reutilizado a través de los canales relevantes, dirigido al público adecuado, en el momento y contexto correctos.

Principales funciones:

  • Desarrollar la estrategia omnicanal y plan de activación para campañas con las franquicias de la compañía utilizando el ecosistema digital disponible.
  • Proveer insights de negocio a las franquicias durante el ciclo de vida de sus campañas omnicanal utilizando el ecosistema digital de la compañia(Datorama, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc).
  • Trabajar crosfuncionalmente con las franquicias para crear estrategias de contenido que entreguen material de alta calidad, re-utilizable, y que cumplan con nuestras políticas corporativas (p.e Digital Accesibility)
  • Proveer insights de UX y CX a las franquicias de los usuarios que utilizan las plataformas digitales de la compañía de manera periódica.
  • Administración de Flash Notify Me, sus usuarios y contenido
  • Administración de Salesforce Markerting Cloud, su base de datos y contenido
