OBJETIVO GENERAL DEL CARGO


Participar en las actividades especializadas de Soluciones, apoyando a los equipos de consultoría en el desarrollo y documentación de entregables especializados en Inteligencia de Negocios y Analítica o en Procesos y Herramientas.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
1.1. Trabajar con los Gerentes de Proyecto de Consultoría para identificar las funciones y actividades que se deben tomar en el equipo de Soluciones, en cuanto a la producción y documentación de entregables especializados;
1.2. Acompañar a los Gerentes de Proyecto en conversaciones especializadas con el cliente, logrando afianzar la confianza del cliente en la calidad de los entregables, de los conocimientos y habilidades del equipo, y de los plazos y entregables acordados;
1.3. Estimar las necesidades de tiempo para producción de entregables especializados y apoyar en la priorización de las actividades, en apoyo a los Gerentes de Proyecto;
1.4. Participar activamente en las discusiones internas del equipo de trabajo, aportando sus ideas y perspectivas, principalmente en los temas especializados de Analytics y/o herramientas;
1.5. Construir entregables especializados avanzados siguiendo los Estándares de Calidad de Nextant;
1.6. Producir y mantener documentación especializada de los entregables, tanto para uso interno como para utilización de los clientes;
1.7. Presentar entregas parciales y finales a los clientes, incluyendo demos frente a grupos pequeños del cliente;
1.8. Preparar la transición de los entregables al equipo de consultoría, incluyendo guías y documentos detallados;
1.9. Identificar las brechas de conocimientos especializados que puedan existir en los equipos de proyectos y escalarlo al Líder de Soluciones;
1.10. Apoyar el entrenamiento de nuevos Consultores I que se unen al equipo de Nextant y a los proyectos, para el desarrollo de sus habilidades de analítica y herramientas;
1.11. Apoyar en las labores administrativas inherentes al área de Soluciones y a los proyectos en los que se participa;
1.12. Participar activamente en la ejecución del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, dedicando el tiempo necesario para las actividades que el empleador le asigne y participando en los deberes como empleado;
