OBJETIVO GENERAL
DEL CARGO
Participar en los todos los aspectos de los proyectos de consultoría de operaciones, demostrando experiencia y entendimiento del negocio

Requisitos del trabajo

  • Desarrollador de aplicaciones para Teams
  • Familiaridad con la creación de aplicaciones para Teams y componentes como pestañas, extensiones, conectores
  • Dominio de HTML, CSS, JavaScript y frameworks como React o Angular.
  • Experiencia con el SDK de Microsoft Teams, desarrollo e integración de APIs, Python.
  • Comprensión sólida de los servicios de Azure y despliegue en la nube.
  • Certificación de Asociado en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones para Teams

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
1.1.

Apoyar en la estructuración y ejecución de proyectos de consultoría de operaciones; Participar activamente en las discusiones internas del equipo de trabajo, aportando sus ideas y perspectivas.

1.2. Interactuar con los clientes, estableciendo relaciones 1 a pocos que faciliten la identificación de sus requerimientos de proyectos y entendiendo el rol del cliente dentro del proyecto;

1.3. Hacer seguimiento permanente a los acuerdos, alcance y planes de trabajo, garantizando la oportuna ejecución de las actividades y el cumplimiento de los compromisos con los clientes;

1.4.

Colaborar en la recopilación y análisis de información, identificando fuentes de información creativas e innovadoras, aplicando el uso de las herramientas de análisis de información establecidas por el cliente y por los Gerentes de Proyecto.

1.5.

Realizar análisis de información avanzados integrando múltiples fuentes de datos y herramientas; Preparar y presentar de informes de avance, paneles de información y demás entregables que le sean asignados dentro del proyecto; Asistir en el diseño y la preparación de reportes y entregables.

1.6. Apoyar el entrenamiento de nuevos Consultores I que se unen al equipo de Nextant y a los proyectos;

1.7. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y apoyar en la elaboración de las propuestas;

Desarrollar y preparar mejores practicas de consultoría de operaciones para que ser compartidas con otras unidades de negocio de consultoría de Nextant; Apoyar en las labores administrativas inherentes al área de consultoría y a los proyectos en los que se participa;

Trabajar con los Gerentes de Proyecto de Nextant para garantizar el adecuado desarrollo de los proyectos y la documentación interna necesaria para el control del área de consultoría.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Profesional en áreas de Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL
1-3 años de experiencia laboral.

IDIOMAS
Dominio del idioma inglés al 90% (escritura, lectura y oral).

  • Afinidad con la industria de tecnología
  • Visa americana vigente y disponibilidad para viajar
