We are searching for the best talent for Tax Manager Norther Cone LATAM to be in Bogotá

You will be responsible for:
Head of LATAM Northern Cone Tax Department (Andean countries and Central American countries) for the Medical Devices, Pharma and Share service center businesses, including the following main activities:

  • Manage Compliance of Direct and Indirect Taxes for the legal entities for actual and forecast cycles
  • Manage tax risks with respect to financial reporting
  • Collaborate with others within the Tax Organization to promote best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Tax Accounting and reporting
  • Responsible for current and deferred income tax provisions for US GAAP and Local GAAP, also accounting and reporting for indirect taxes, FIN48/IFRIC23 and other legal reporting support.
  • Tax forecasting for direct and indirect taxes (cash).
  • Tax planning and tax consulting.
  • Support in the transfer pricing compliance.
  • Tax evaluation and implementation in the Merger and Acquisition processes.
  • Fiscal Audits and Tax litigations.
  • Electronic invoicing implementation for multiple countries in several SAP platforms

Qualifications:

  • Education level required: CPA and Tax Law Specialization. MBA or Master will be a preferred
  • Years of Experience: more than
  • Required knowledge: Tax & Legal, Tax accounting, Tax consulting, Tax reporting and business acumen.
  • Required skills: proactive, adapt to different cultures
  • Required Experience: Big four companies or multinational companies


 Language: Spanish
  • Fluent English
  • Certifications: CPA (for Colombia or their residence country)
  • Travel percentage: International: 25%
  • Prior experience in ASC740
  • Accounting for Income Taxes
