Medical Scientific Liason (MSL)

  • El racional detrás de un MSL es ser el puente de contacto científico para apalancar la estrategia de la compañía desde el punto de vista médico, a través de interacciones con los principales expertos externos (EE) identificados, y la ejecución de tácticas específicas para promover la conciencia y el conocimiento sobre la compañía, sus terapias las patologías relacionadas.
  • El MSL debe estar alienado con la estrategia de medical y el negocio, desarrollando e implementando actividades específicas para cada KOL, de acuerdo con los insights recopilados en campo. Finalmente, lo que más aporta el MSL es poder llenar las brechas educativas que existen con EE, garantizando un uso seguro y apropiado de los productos de GSK.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear y mantener relaciones con miembros influyentes de la comunidad médica (Expertos Externos – EE), y otros proveedores de atención médica (HCP) dentro de un territorio asignado y área terapéutica para brindar educación científica integral sobre estados de enfermedad, opciones terapéuticas y avances de investigación.
  • Identificar, perfilar y fomentar relaciones de colaboración con EE.
  • Ejecutar las tácticas asignadas para cumplir con las estrategias de Asuntos médicos en el campo e impactar positivamente las percepciones de EE y el conocimiento con respecto a la empresa, las iniciativas de los productos asociados y de la compañía.
  • Mantener y demostrar un conocimiento científico exhaustivo y profundo de un área terapéutica asignada, incluidos estados de enfermedad, avances de investigación, opciones de tratamiento aprobadas y terapias de investigación.
  • Representar al área médica y a la compañía como un recurso científico experto en un área terapéutica asignada para proveedores de servicios de salud y stakeholders internos.
  • Recopilar y comunicar internamente opiniones relevantes, conocimiento experto, puntos de vista competitivos y conceptos de investigación y desarrollo de EE para avanzar e influir en la dirección estratégica del departamento de Asuntos médicos y la compañía.
  • Representar Asuntos Médicos y la Compañía en eventos, programas, reuniones y convenciones educativas médicas, cobertura e informes del programa científico del Congreso de intención no promocional.
  • Representar Asuntos Médicos y la Compañía en la entrega de presentaciones médicas no promocionales en prestadores de salud, secretarias de salud y entes territoriales.
  • Relacionar con el personal de asuntos médicos sobre el desarrollo y la implementación de las estrategias e iniciativas del área médica y de carácter no promocional específicas del país y del territorio
  • Identificar, desarrollar e implementar programas médicos no promocionales locales, regionales y nacionales para satisfacer las necesidades educativas médicas no cubiertas, para avanzar en la investigación y el conocimiento del estado de la enfermedad, y para garantizar el uso seguro y apropiado de los productos de la compañía.
  • Comunicar de manera experta información científica compleja a partes interesadas internas y externas.

  • Profesional Universitario con estudios en área de la salud o afines
  • Especialización clínica y/o epidemiología y/o salud pública y/o marketing farmacéutico y/o economía de la salud
  • Experiencia en la industria minimo 3 en cargos similares
  • Manejo de paquete office avanzado
  • Manejo de Ingles avanzado
