HR Assistant Bilingual Spanish

OVERVIEW:
Assist the Human Resource Department with administrative and human recourse functions.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors Preferred or equivalent experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees.
Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to keep company and employee information confidential.

Pay:
$800 per hour
