  • Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements)
  • Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate
  • Develops supporting systems management processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate

Who You Are

  • Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • Adv Client-Adp Interface for Sys Interconnectivity
  • Advise Client on Applications & Products
  • Advise Client on Backup & Recovery-Storage
  • Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Data Center Infrastructure, monitoring, visible controls, remote hands, support in case of incidents, assistance in changes and/or new installations
  • Assist in the tasks necessary to produce reports on the operation of the Data Center
  • Ensure compliance with the processes related to Operations in the Data Center
  • Evaluate the daily operations of monitoring and backup of the Infrastructure
