Main responsibilities:

  • Customercentric role, accountable for delivering service to the customer, within contractual framework
  • Leads practitioners to deliver high quality and reliable information technology services through equipment, systems, software products, or networked devices in line with their business needs
  • Integrated within customer account structure, interacts with the customer and partners with the Delivery Partner with knowledge of the services provided to the customer and customer business having the ability to propose and deliver customertailored solutions
  • Responds to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations where support is needed to fix problems in malfunctioning services, operations, software or equipment
  • Leads team, partners with Delivery Partners, Architects, SREs and the customer to cocreate, design, deploy and run reliable, available and maintainable systems and services
  • Provide operational analysis of business unit by analyzing perfomance metric and business results
  • Use strategic thinking to determine the business needs and understand fundamental parts
  • Partner with internal groups to implement solutions and their delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • The person should be able to lead proper sizing of projects and estimate costs
  • The individual should be able to create technical and economical documentation, as well as defend in front of a Clevel Audience
  • The individual should have sound knowledge of vendors and good relations with the ecosystem that may enable them to provide recommendations regarding best fit for specific scopes
  • The person should be able to perform advanced analysis including ROI and TCO from the customer view, leadership skills to promote and cultivate our behaviors and culture
