Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand Requirements and skills

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Someone with at least 3 years of experience
  • Somebody that can get feedback and ideas from clients and coworkers
  • Someone able to give ideas
  • A combo between design and marketing (70 % design and 30% marketing (skill tied in social media)
  • Paid social would be a nice to have
  • They need somebody who can organize social media
  • Someone who knows about Facebook advertising
  • Google ads and retargeting
  • On the design piece: work on their landing page, not only design the digital ads but algo plant that in the web page
  • Somo sort of CMS is preferred
  • Someone who knows about wordpress
  • Someone with experience in digital deeisgn
  • Someone with familiarity working with US companies
