Local SEO/gbp Manager- Marketing Agency

Scope of Role:
The Local SEO Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Local SEO specialists to develop and execute successful local SEO strategies for our clients.
You will be responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to your team to ensure they are meeting client expectations and delivering results.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing our clients' local online presence, including managing their Google My Business profiles and onsite and offsite SEO.
You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to make strategic decisions and adjustments to ensure the success of each account.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of Local SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and deliver great results for our clients.
- Developing and implementing effective Local SEO strategies for clients, with a focus on driving organic traffic, increasing local visibility, and improving search rankings.
- Conducting audits of clients' local online presence to identify areas for improvement, and creating reports to present recommendations to the team to work on.
- Staying uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in Local SEO, and sharing this knowledge with the team to continuously improve processes and results.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as account managers, call monitoring, onsite SEO, and offsite SEO, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts for clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing data and performance metrics to measure the success of Local SEO campaigns and make datadriven decisions for optimization and improvement.
- Communicating regularly with clients to facilitate team's needs
- Completing all assigned todos on time.
- Managing the Local SEO team's workload, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
- Creating endofthemonth reports for all clients.
- Schedule, lead, and follow up on weekly Local SEO huddle meetings.
- Hold team accountable for client's results and communication with peers.
- Attend Level 10 meetings with video on and ready to share successes and IDS items.
- One hour per week of training to keep up to date with industry changes and professional development.
Qualifications:
- 100% bilingual in English. Work and business are 100% conducted in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve the team's goals
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- A background in SEO/ Local SEO and paid marketing software platforms will be highly considered.
