We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, identify improvement opportunities, devise solution strategies, mentor team members, and ensure the attainment of key performance indicators.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, You Will

  • Engage in productive conversations, both written and verbal, with clients and team members across all levels
  • Recognize patterns and obstacles, and formulate corrective action plans
  • Collaborate effectively with the Training team to deliver impactful training to new and existing team members
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures, including essential security protocols
  • Apply soft skills effectively to provide guidance to team members at all levels
  • Adapt to our dynamic, dynamic, and stimulating work environment that evolves rapidly to cater to business requirements

Requirements:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, You Have...

  • 35 years of leadership experience, preferably in the customer service sector
  • Bachelor's Degree or a relevant postsecondary qualification
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication abilities and strong emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Capability to assess and integrate data effectively
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong inclination towards process-oriented thinking
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Occasional travel may be required
