As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's customers receive exceptional service and support.

CSRs are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and finding appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide comprehensive assistance and educate customers on their features and benefits.


Order Processing:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications, ensuring a seamless and efficient purchasing experience.

Problem Solving:
Analyze complex situations, identify root causes of issues, and implement timely solutions to meet customer needs.

Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, both written and verbal, while ensuring empathy and understanding.

Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions and details in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Feedback and Improvement:
Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Officebased
  • Use of computer and phone systems for extended periods.

Compensation Range:
Starts at 2 Million Colombian Pesos
