Job Description:

The Spanish, Literature, and Colombian History teacher is responsible for teaching Spanish language, literature, and Colombian history to 4th and 5th-grade students.

They must have a deep knowledge of Colombian culture and history, as well as a demonstrable ability to teach Spanish language and literature to students at these levels.


Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and teach courses in Spanish, literature, and Colombian history to 4th and 5thgrade students using innovative and creative pedagogies to maintain student interest and attention.
  • Develop lesson plans for Spanish, literature, and Colombian history courses that align with the learning objectives of the curriculum.
  • Evaluate student progress by providing constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
  • Support the academic process of students with regard to their learning needs.
  • Participate in teacher meetings and extracurricular activities such as conferences and seminars to stay uptodate on the latest trends and developments in the field of education and humanities.
