Senior Implementation Consultant - Your Chance to Shine

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Anthology. If you are passionate about making a difference in the education sector and enjoy working with a diverse and inclusive workforce, then this role is perfect for you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participating in the full scope of implementations, analyzing business processes and configuring solutions
  • Documenting and designing client-specific solutions
  • Strategically planning integration needs with other Anthology teams
  • Providing post go-live support and optimization for clients
  • Engaging in continuous learning and contributing to process improvements
  • Approximately 75% travel required

What We're Looking For:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience in training and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in software implementation or higher education
  • Understanding of business process documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English at CEF B2 level or above

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Student Information Systems (SIS) or higher education operations
  • Experience in financial aid and student account operations
  • Knowledge of relational database management
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Exposure to data management tools and software applications
