This is a half-time role designed for a 6 month contract.

Your role:


Steering through the Cloud SaaS skies, the part-time L&D Coordinator embarks on a six-month voyage with a mission to elevate skills through engaging training sessions tailored for the V2 Cloud Product landscape.


This half-FTE role is pivotal in identifying skill gaps, crafting bespoke learning experiences, and ensuring content is as current as the latest cloud update.

They're the architects behind seamless training logistics and content creation, committed to optimizing the learning journey.

With an eye on the ever-evolving needs of the business, this role, while initially set for six months, holds the potential for extension, ensuring the organization's continuous ascent in cloud proficiency.


As part of V2 Cloud HR Team, you will:

  • Design, organize and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and/or e-learning modules tailored for different roles within the Cloud SaaS environment.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs around V2 Cloud Product across the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements based on feedback and changing business requirements.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, lead processes and examinations tailored to different levels of V2 Cloud Product proficiency, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Assess and continuously improve the learning materials and methods, ensuring they are uptodate with the latest software advancements and industry standards.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assist with the development of training materials and content to meet learning objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training activities including venues, equipment, and participant management.

You have, know or you have proved yourself in:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Coordinator, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training processes and methods (including workshops, simulations, elearning, and coaching).
  • Experience with LMS software and MS Office / Google.
  • Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

In Canada we provide employment contracts. everywhere else we are flexible on the contractor/contributor basis for cooperation, Our compensation is competitive. We discuss it individually to make it best for you and adjust it to your country requirements.
