Position Summary:


Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a
Regional Field Leader (Jefe Regional de Campo) to our high-performing team.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the success of the active market studies in the assigned region according to the defined requirements in quality and timeliness.

Responsible for the coordination of work teams (Contributors and supervisors) leading them to the high performance and productivity compliance established by the client experience in Field, operations and logistics, indispensable knowledge of the traditional channel and mass consumption categories.

What You Will Do:
  • Proficient in team leadership, conflict resolution, and conducting analysis on results and productivity.
  • Overseeing and managing projects at a national level, including monitoring and control of progress.
  • Supplier management.
  • Effectively managing indicators, service agreements, reports, and management reports.
  • Planning and follow up of field execution.
  • Payroll and administrative activities inherent to the position.
  • Control of budget and resources allocated in the cities in charge.
  • Performing administrative activities inherent to the position.
  • Design of strategies to achieve results.

What You Bring Along:

  • 6+ years of total experience, of which at least 3 must be in similar positions or handling "Puerta a Puerta" sales or Traditional Channel sales
  • Experience managing teams of more than 20 people nationally (Supervisors and contributors).
  • Office tools—intermediate/advanced Excel.
  • Management of collection of tracking tools and optimal routes.
  • Cartography.
  • Mobile Collection Applications.
