Your Profile:

Propósito:

Es responsable de traducir la estrategia de marca en activaciones comerciales de acuerdo con el alcance de su propio canal, asegurando la implementación correcta al hacer coincidir los objetivos de la marca y las oportunidades de canal/cliente en iniciativas comerciales de nuestro negocio de cosméticos en el punto de venta.

El objetivo principal es impulsar el crecimiento del canal y proteger la rentabilidad de cada iniciativa y ejecución.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Áreas Administrativas o Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Con Experiência mínima de 3 años en el cargo en empresas de consumo masivo (INDISPENSABLE) en posiciones como: Ventas, Trade Marketing, Mercadeo.
  • Nível de ingles intermedio

Your Tasks:

  • Desarrollar planes comerciales personalizados para sus canales/clientes específicos
  • Definir la inversión requerida y el retorno de la inversión resultante en cada iniciativa.
  • Es el responsable del presupuesto del canal y su administración eficiente
  • Impulse las ventas mediante estrategias y ejecuciones impactantes y relevantes en términos de comunicación con el comprador y visibilidad.
  • Administrar agencias y proveedores para diseñar y entregar materiales de punto de venta para mejorar constantemente la presencia y visibilidad en el punto de venta.
  • Administrar las actividades de comprador para impulsar la venta / venta directa.
  • Análisis constante de los principales KPI para apoyar las iniciativas del canal y garantizar que todas las decisiones impulsen el crecimiento.
  • Ser un socio estratégico para el equipo de KAM para que coincida con la estrategia del cliente con la nuestra.
