The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them in Colombia. In this role, you'll lead a team of skilled Customer Success managers and project managers, guiding customer engagement, onboarding, product adoption, and satisfaction to ensure customers derive value from their Red Hat investment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Project managers and Customer Success managers
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of team onboarding Red Hat customers
  • Monitor dashboards and reporting systems, taking data-driven approach
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams
  • Promote continuous professional and personal development of team members
  • Scale the Dynamic engagement model of CSM as per business needs
  • Provide leadership in problem solving and advising customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer success or technical support
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly and coach others
  • Demonstrated team management skills with customer focus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Solid leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools and practices such as google sheets/slides, tableau dashboards
