Performance Marketing Specialist
Funciones:
- Ejecución y optimización de campañas digitales enfocadas en adquisición y retención de usuarios.
- Potenciar los canales de paid media.
- Garantizar una comunicación clara y de alta conversión durante el journey del usuario.
- Generación de leads.
- Creación de flujos dentro de nuestro CRM (Hubspot).
- Presentación de resultados y reportajes.
- Recomendaciones de optimización e insights
Requisitos:
- Experiência de 3 años de experiência trabajando para aplicaciones en áreas afines con marketing digital o de growth.
- Carreras de Administración, Marketing, Publicidad y afines.
- Conocimiento de herramientas como Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok entre otras.
- Orientado en Data y experimentación.
- Creativo, autónomo y apasionado.
- Seguimiento a KPIs.
- Conocimiento en CRM (Hubspot).
