WHAT YOU WILL DO:


The Communications Lead role is responsible for, corporate, executive and strategic internal communications including internal capability development in relation to LOC.

This position reports to the Corporate Affairs Head and is based on Colombia.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Drive Takeda internal and external communication strategy, in line with the company's plan.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel communication campaigns leveraging owned, earned, and paid media partnerships
  • Partner with General Manager to position her as industry thought leader and spokesperson internally and externally
  • Develop and execute an internal communication plan for strategic topics.
  • Partner with the communication network at Takeda including global communications, GEM communications, region and Area/LOC communicators to create one voice within the organization
  • Review, identify and engage stakeholders based on aligned stakeholder mapping to drive strategic objectives and resulting stakeholder partnering.
  • Build communication capabilities within Takeda at LOC level as well as with partners relevant for the country, including but not limited to providing tools, communication frameworks, key messaging, and playbooks
  • Create and deliver communications plans, presentations, social media posts, videos, articles, talking points, and other communications objects to amplify digital messages.
  • Support the development of reports by providing timely input and review
  • Provide internal customers with operational expertise and support.
  • Enhance the operational performance and quality output through continuous process improvement.
  • Participate actively and support new product launch projects, when required.
  • Ensure systems and communication databases are timely maintained.
  • Maintain the local SOPs updated according with global policies.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders / Solve interfaces problems.
  • Coordination of Trainings for Newcomers
  • Compliance of internal policies.
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and ensure expenses compliance
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Communications, journalism, or related areas.
  • Advancedlevel English.
  • At least 34 years of work experience in Corporate Communications in pharmaceutical or health companies.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a team and/or project leader.
  • High level knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Competencies based on proactivity, discipline, punctuality, responsibility

PROPOSITO DEL ROL:


El rol de Líder de Comunicaciones es responsable de las comunicaciones internas corporativas, ejecutivas y estratégicas, incluido el desarrollo de capacidades internas en relación con la LOC.

Esta posición reportará a la posición de Corporate Affairs Head y estará basada en Colombia.

DESAFÍOS EN A POSICIÓN:

  • Impulsar la estrategia de comunicación interna y externa de Takeda, en línea con el plan de la compañía.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de comunicación multicanal aprovechando las asociaciones con los medios cercanos a la compañía.
  • Asociarse con Gerencia General para posicionarle como líder de pensamiento y portavoz de la industria interna y externamente.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de comunicación interna para temas estratégicos.
  • Asociarse con la red de comunicación en Takeda incluidas las comunicaciones globales, las comunicaciones de la región GEM, la región y los comunicadores de área / LOC para crear una voz dentro de la organización.
  • Revisar, identificar e involucrar a las partes interesadas en función del mapeo de aliados clave para impulsar los objetivos estratégicos y la asociación resultante con las partes interesadas.
  • Desarrollar capacidades de comunicación dentro de Takeda a nível de LOC, así como con socios relevantes para el país, incluidos, entre otros, proporcionar herramientas, marcos de comunicación, mensajes clave y manuales de comunicación.
  • Crear y entregar planes de comunicación, presentaciones, publicaciones en redes sociales, videos, artículos, puntos de conversación y otros objetos de comunicación para amplificar los mensajes digitales.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de informes proporcionando información y revisión oportunas
  • Proporcionar a los clientes internos experiência operativa y soporte.
  • Mejorar el rendimiento operativo y la calidad de salida a través de la mejora continua del proceso.
  • Participar activamente y apoyar proyectos de lanzamiento
