This role reports to ITC SUPERVISOR and is based in BOGOTA, COLOMBIA.

What you will do

The INVOICE TO CASH INTERN will gain practical experience and assist the team in various tasks. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, contributing to the organization's success through:

  • Assisting in applying incoming payments from different formats
  • Handling payment application and account reconciliation
  • Resolving routine problems related to payment and reconciliation
  • Supporting credit approval and collections
  • Communicating payment history to peers and customers
  • Assisting in the preparation of daily and monthly reports

Assisting in tasks related to the department's operations and projects

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Finance or Accounting degree program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in WWIP, ICH, SAP
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of logistic and cash flow processes
