We are looking for a bilingual Senior Art Director to join our team in Bogota.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
  • A strong background with 15+ years of visual design experience at an advertising agency.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities. Whether the audience is internal, conference attendees, or a client, you can sell an idea clearly and confidently.
  • Strong ability to ensure the final visual design is onbrand and delivers on strategic and business goals.
  • Proven ability to design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries. We want to know you can move from one client to the next without stumbling.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with both internal teams and clients.
  • Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design.
  • Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/ direction and present designs and concepts.
  • Experience working collaboratively with all levels of designers and copywriters—we want Senior Art Directors who will be strong leaders while fostering team camaraderie.
  • Senior Art Directors need to be able to clearly and concisely express themselves and explain their ideas.
