Profile description:

Our company is currently looking for an experienced data architect and data governance expert with over 5+ years of experience designing and leading the implementation of cloud-based data warehouse and/or lake house solutions for one of our customers in north America.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish data governance policies.
  • Develop a data governance framework that can include roles, responsibilities and processes.
  • Advice on best practices for data management and normativity compliance.
  • Analize legacy data systems and define migration requirements.
  • Desing and plan ETL processes.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of the data warehouse on cloud environments.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both in English and Spanish).
  • Deep knowledge on data governance.
  • Experience in data policies and procedures.
  • Experience in data migration projects.
  • Experience working with ETL tools (Fivetran, Talend, Informatica, others).
  • Working experience with designing and modeling modern data warehouse and lake house solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating data into a date warehouse from Salesforce and Netsuite.
  • Experience working on the nonprofit sector.
