A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
  • Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information.

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

  • 1 or more years proven customer service or supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related areas.
  • Advance English level.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Reporting skills.

Nice to Have

  • ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP or Oracle).
  • Demonstrated systems experience (Excel, Access, Business Objects, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated negotiation/influence management skillspositively resolving conflict.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Highly flexible to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • 2 years proven customer service experience.
