- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 PST, open to shift- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
**What do you need to succeed?**
- English Level: C1 - C2.
- Microsoft Certifications, or other industry certifications, are a plus.
- Exceptional in Microsoft Office O365 Administration (1-3 years of experience).
- Proven experience in tracking and maintaining accurate logs and records.
- Organized and efficient, service-oriented, and attentive to details.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Must be able to grasp issues quickly and have a growth mindset to learn new technology.
- Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hardworking.
- Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors.
- Good communication skills. Neat, clean, healthy work habits.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- SharePoint Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions based on business requirements and best practices
- Customization and Configuration: Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to enhance user experience and improve productivity
- System Administration: Perform system administration tasks such as managing permissions, configuring services, and monitoring site usage
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and integration with other systems
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and deliver training and support to end-users Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SharePoint technology trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions. Security and Compliance: Ensure SharePoint environments comply with security policies, data governance requirements, and industry standards
