**_CBRE está en búsqueda de un Sr Facilities Account Manager_**- Responsabilidades:_
- _ Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los planes de servicio de facilities _
- _Gestión de un amplio rango de líneas de servicios (Ingeniería, Proyectos, Limpieza, Control de Plagas. Mantenimiento de edificios, etc.)_
- _ Administración de las instalaciones para ofrecer el nível de servicio esperado por el cliente_
- _ Verificar y gestionar las_ _órdenes de trabajo._
- _ Supervisar la programación de los servicios de mantenimiento técnico._
- _ Control de proveedores y contratistas._
- _ Control presupuestal y financiero._
- _ Manejo de KPI ́s._
- _ Elaboración y revisión de informes._
_Requisitos:
_
- _ Profesión: Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Administración ó Finanzas._
- _ 5 años de experiência como Gerente de Facilites_
- _ Inglés: Avanzado_
- _ Experiência en la gestión integral de activos inmobiliarios corporativos (oficinas, industrial, retail)._
- _ Conocimientos de la operación diaria de un inmueble_
- _ Experiência y conocimientos en la planeación estratégica y control de proyectos._
- _ Capacidad analítica. _
- _Buenas relaciones interpersonales y comerciales. _
- _Organizado y dirigido al logro de objetivos y la búsqueda de soluciones._
