¿Cómo generarás impacto?


El(a) Especialista en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo es responsable de liderar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la prevención de riesgos laborales y la promoción de un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable en la organización.

Este profesional desempeña un papel fundamental en la implementación y el cumplimiento de las normativas colombianas en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional, con el objetivo de prevenir accidentes laborales, enfermedades profesionales y mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores.

Al igual que será de apoyo en las actividades del área de talento y cultura de la compañía.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, planificar, ejecutar y monitorear el SGSST y el plan de trabajo anual con los respectivos reportes al ministerios de trabajo.
  • Desarrollar e implementar políticas, programas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, asegurando su alineación con la legislación colombiana vigente y las mejores prácticas nacionales e internacionales.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos laborales en los diferentes entornos de trabajo, identificando peligros, evaluando riesgos y proponiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas para minimizarlos.
  • Coordinar y liderar programas de capacitación y sensibilización dirigidos a empleados y directivos, con el fin de promover una cultura de seguridad y fomentar comportamientos seguros en el lugar de trabajo. Incluso, realizar la inducción de ingreso a los empleados nuevos y la reinducción anual a toda la compania.
  • Realizar inspecciones y auditorías según el cronograma de auditoria interno de la empresa, para verificar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, así como identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de acción preventiva.
  • Reportar, Investigar y analizar accidentes de trabajo, incidentes y enfermedades profesionales, identificando sus causas subyacentes y recomendando medidas correctivas para evitar su recurrencia.
  • Entrega de informes mensuales de gestión y actividades realizadas. Incluyendo los reportes de ausentismo médico por causas comunes, accidentes, reporte de indicentes y ARL entre otros.
  • Colaborar con los comités de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y otras instancias representativas de los trabajadores, promoviendo la participación activa y el diálogo constructivo en la gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional.
  • Mantener registros actualizados de accidentes, incidentes, ausentismo, inspecciones, evaluaciones de riesgos y otras actividades relacionadas con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, garantizando su precisión y confidencialidad.
