What you will do

  • Design and implementing Marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company's portfolio;
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns/activities, results analysis, and plans adjusting;
  • Testing ideas and analyzing results to make datadriven decisions and adjust the strategy;
  • Working with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals;

Must haves

  • Experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business Development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company;
  • Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people);
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.);
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.);
  • Excellent written and oral English;
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;

Nice to haves

  • Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain;
  • Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing.
