As a
Technical Support Specialist, you will be providing technical support to customers, answering basic to complex questions on functionsrelated to our software products.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Make sure all of the customer's questionsand concerns are answered in a highly positive, professional, and customer-centric manner
  • Offering solutions to technical problems, either by providing stepbystep guidance, remote support, or escalating complex issues to higherlevel support teams if necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services the company provides to effectively assist customers.
  • Identifying and escalating critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higherlevel technical experts.
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with highquality solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree.

Experience: at least 1 year of experience in technical support, with online software apps or related.

Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. or 9 am to 6 pm (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Remote.

Salary: COP and after 6 months increases to COP.
