LX Argentina S. A. está en búsqueda de Facility Managers para unirse a nuestro equipo

Como Facility Manager, serás responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento de nuestras instalaciones.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y coordinar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones asignadas, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y seguridad.
  • Gestionar equipos de trabajo, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de los servicios contratados.
  • Elaborar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, optimizando recursos y minimizando tiempos de inactividad.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas para identificar posibles áreas de mejora y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinar y supervisar la implementación de proyectos de mejora en las instalaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência previa en posiciones similares de al menos 2 años.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en áreas como electromecánica, plomería, refrigeración, etc
  • Habilidades para liderar equipos y gestionar proveedores externos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones efectivas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomando decisiones y resolviendo problemas de manera eficiente.
  • Orientación al logro de resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo.
