As an
Operations Support you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and trace loads and update their status in the systems (loadboards, portals and TMS), making sure the updates are accurate and on time through inbound and outbound calls.

Minimum requirements:

Studies:High School Degree is
required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office, or logistics. Desirable experience in Logistics.

Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Schedule:During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are offering 3 schedule options for you to choose from:
- Friday to Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (November to March) and 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (March to November).
- Thursday to Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (November to March) and 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (March to November).
- Friday to Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (November to March) and 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (March to November).
Contract: Indefinite Term Contract + Benefits.

Places: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
