About the Role:

  • Expertise in Quoting process and fast learner as this person will need to know the step by step of all scopes that we have in AFR
  • Quality checks to be done about the performance of the team
  • Support the team on questions and escalations
  • Periodical calls with BPs
  • Reports of performance weekly/monthly
  • Find improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues.
  • Receive new rate request and perform the quote taking into account the customer needs

  • Whoever is not currently in implementations/migrations.
  • They meet the prescribed minimum requirements of the job.
  • Have a good performance and attendance record.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months continuous service with DHL and a minimum of 12 months in the current role
