VIDA Select is looking for creative people with an eye for dynamic composition to select, edit, and create intriguing and attractive visual narratives for our client's online dating platforms.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and select a client's best photos (both professional and candid)
  • Create a Visual Narrative based on the criteria provided, using a datadriven photo ranking process
  • Provide photo edits as assigned by Team Lead, resulting in a naturallooking image that does not appear altered. Photo Edits can include aspect ratios, exposure and contrast, white balance, color vibrancy and saturation, background changes, distraction removal, and authentic client alterations such as whitening teeth, redirecting eyes, and altering the appearance of clothing (color change, pattern/logo removal, wrinkle removal, etc.)
  • Manage tasks in company CRM to ensure ontime delivery of final visual narratives
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with team members
  • Other tasks as assigned by Team Lead
  • Attend biweekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Team player
  • A proactive mindset to meet or reduce deadlines
  • A stable, reliable, fast, and strong Internet connection
  • Expert photo editing knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work with photo editing software
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Strong written communication skills (English proficiency, verbal & written)
  • Work well in a virtual setting without direct supervision

Skills & Experience That Are A "Plus":

  • Social media branding/image branding experience
  • Firsthand knowledge of dating sites and apps
