About the role


You'll manage not only to fill positions, but you play the long game, bringing value to Amenitiz through high-performing and driven talent.

Your impact on our culture is direct, bringing diverse talent and helping hiring managers and interviewers overcome potential bias.

About you

  • You have extensive experience in owning the full recruitment cycle
  • You have extensive experience hiring for either Customer Service, Customer Care, or Sales roles
  • You were previously part of a fastpaced company (or agency) and are able to get things done through ambiguity
  • Passionate, goaldriven, and always want to go the extra mile
  • You are excited about working in a diverse team and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish & English
