As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Executive Assistant - Recruitment Analyst to join our team.


Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.

Interview Process Management:

  • Prepare interview guides and assist hiring managers with interview preparation.
  • Collect and organize feedback from interviewers.
  • Ensure all interview documentation is complete and accurate.

Recruitment Analytics:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the recruitment process.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
  • Handle recruitmentrelated inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and send out offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company by coordinating orientation and training sessions.
General EA Duties

  • Manage payroll processes, such as invoice generating and payrollrelated processes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as per requirement.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Proficiency is MANDATORY)
  • Strong timemanagement skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HRrelated roles.
  • Financial knowledge is a plus.

What You Get:

  • Base salary ($1.200 USD).
  • Birthday paid day off and weekends off.
  • Biweekly payments and Independent Contractor Service Agreement.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).
  • Fulltime availability (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Pay:
$4,800,000 per month
