What would you do?
- Weekly hiring status reports for C Level & Talent Acquisition metrics follow up
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring forecast & collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, the duties, competencies of the different roles and provide define
- Create a mentoring program for hiring managers
- Manage and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and virtual events
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract toptier talent
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of ATS
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and recordkeeping
Your experience has been shaped by:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry
- Experience in a fastpaced environment: startup/tech companies; consulting
- Experience working remotely. (Use of tools eg Slack, G-Suite, Jira, among others)
- The ability for continuous learning, seeing frustration as an opportunity for growth and learning.
- Experience in a hypergrowth startup: proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness, uncertainty management. Autonomy in a dynamic environment. (highly valued)
- Portuguese (desirable)
