About the team:


At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS.


About the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational processes required for business opening
  • Understand and guide internal flow for agencies and clients onboarding
  • Work closely with agencies and clients for successfully onboarding
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to validate documentation required
  • Support sales team with document collection
  • Report and follow up onboarding process

Qualifications:

Main Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, account management, client services roles or agencies support teams
  • High attention to details
  • Understanding of legal terms and signing of contracts is a plus
  • Experience with Excel
  • Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (due to this person supporting Peru, a spanishspeaking market, and english is a business requirement)
  • Have the ability to collaborate, work crossfunctionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
  • Ability to identify opportunities and find walkarounds to different ways of working
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience presenting ideas is a big plus
