Persona responsable de las areas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y ambiental.
Que haras?:
- Responsable de la preparación para emergencias y la continuidad del negocio en el (los) sitio (s).
Desarrollo de la estrategia RESH del sitio hacia una cultura RESH madura utilizando los sistemas y estándares de benchmarking interno y externo para garantizar la mejora continua en estas áreas.
- Proporciona dirección y apoyo a los gerentes en la implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas y estándares de seguridad, salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Mantenimiento y propiedad de los sistemas de gestión de documentos y alienta a todos los propietarios de documentos a revisar y mantener la documentación actualizada.
- Persona de contacto para los organismos de certificación y autoridades aplicables y tiene como objetivo lograr y mantener certificados que sean útiles para la organización. La fuerza motriz son las acciones necesarias para (continuar) los requisitos de certificación.
- Implementar y mantener el programa de auditoría, incluidas las auditorías internas, corporativas y externas.
- Manténgase informado de los requisitos legales y asegúrese de que se implementen los cambios.
- Asegura la capacitación necesaria relacionada con los sistemas y estándares RESH.
- Proporciona soporte experto a los administradores del Sitio para implementar los habilitadores de Essity y los objetivos asociados para asegurar y garantizar que el sitio cumpla con las leyes y regulaciones y las normas y políticas corporativas.
- Apoya a la organización en la gestión de incidentes e investigaciones con el objetivo de proporcionar una cultura de aprendizaje y evitar lesiones personales, daños y riesgos para la salud.
- Mantener en marcha la implementación de la plataforma de informes de la empresa (Gensuite y Sofi)
- Entrenar e implementar programas de liderazgo de seguridad en el sitio para contribuir al desarrollo de la cultura.
- Profersional en Ingeniería, con especialización en salud y seguridad en el trabajo, con experiência mínima de 5 años en gerencias de seguridad y salud en empresas multinacionales.
- experiência en acompañamiento en la implementación y desarrollo de programas de seguridad.
Conocimientos basicos en normas de gestion ISO.
