Responsabilidades clave
- Garantizar la comunicación y el cumplimiento de actividades entre el reclutador y los BDR's (vendedores) para mantener la estabilidad en el proceso.
- Mantener reuniones periódicas con equipos de reclutamiento para anticipar posibles retrasos y gestionar planes de mitigación.
- Colaborar estrechamente con BDR's (vendedores) asignados para desarrollar estrategias basadas en sus aportes.
- Administrar la correspondencia del departamento y actualizar el documento de seguimiento de vacantes.
- Realizar seguimientos necesarios mediante tickets para garantizar el progreso del proceso.
Requisitos indispensables
- Buen manejo del inglés (nível B2+).
- Dominio de Excel Intermedio y Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades interpersonales destacadas: organización, atención al detalle, habilidades de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contrato a tiempo completo (45 horas semanales) con una remuneración competitiva de 2,300,000 COP base prestacional auxilio no prestacional FIJO) + Auxilio de transporte por
- Plan carrera con aumentos salariales con base en tiempo y performance
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 45 horas semanales
- 2 dias de homeoffice semanales despues de training
