We are looking for bilingual Travel Agents to sell business-class tickets to our most exclusive clients At Dyninno Colombia we are looking for people who love helping others, and are persistent, empathetic, kind, and curious.

We sell about 70,000 air tickets per month globally and build exquisite customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be located in Bogota.
  • 5 working days, 2 days off, Schedule 3:00 pm 12:00 am (with transportation at night).
  • Receive and process requests from customers interested in purchasing airline tickets and tour packages.
  • Assist business class travelers to make trip arrangements.
  • Help customers choose the best option.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Build trust and longterm cooperation with customers.
  • Participate in training and continuous development.
  • Be ambitious to manage tasks that will take you to the next professional level.
  • Work in a modern and convenient office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. B2+
  • High school diploma.
  • Has experience in sales.
  • Is result and growth oriented.
  • Is empathetic and ambitious.
  • Enjoys working in a sales environment.

Compensation:

  • Base salary COP + uncapped commissions, calculated in dollars.
  • Transportation at night.
