What will you do


The Procurement Regional Manager is initially responsible for standing up Enterprise Business Solutions for regional Sourcing to Pay and providing fit for purpose region solutions to ensure legal and compliance requirements.

They will provide leadership to a team of associates, and coordinate scope of operations with other delivery centers, ensuring that technology and processes are clearly defined and consistently implemented.

This role will be ultimately accountable to manage regional Source to Pay steady state operations.

The EBS PROCUREMENT MANAGER is responsible

Responsibilities:

  • People leadership and development:
- o Hire, lead, and inspire a team of Procurement analysts
- o Supervise the delivery of procurement services - purchase requisitions, sourcing events, contracts, payments, and operational analyses.

  • Develop and stand up the regional fit for purpose Source to Pay operations in line with global requirements, including transformational procurement technology programs.
  • Operational Source to Pay responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner, evaluating opportunities for continued improvement

The scope includes:
o Execute sourcing events, valuate results, communicate with suppliers on quotes, manage negotiations withing EBS thresholds.
- o Execute contracting requirements where necessary, aligned to sourcing and contracting strategies. Manage contracts from creation, review and approval, finalization, and further contract amendments to price and scope.


o Manage the purchase order process, including creating and approving the purchase requisition, verifying budget alignment, and confirming delivery of orders.

- o Assess change needs, impacts, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities.
- o Address supplier related inquires related to the transacting of POs, physical processing of invoices, wire transfer requests, and supplier master data. Receive, analyze, and resolve supplier inquiries and disputes,

o Track and monitor the deliveries of goods and services.
- o Ensure upstream and downstream systems are updated as required.
- o Take action where needed to review invoices to ensure suppliers are paid.

  • Compliance responsibilities:
- o Monitoring processes for potential risk and compliance concerns, escalating issues unable to be resolved within the team.

o Be responsible for insuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (requestor, business partner, suppliers, fellow associates)

  • Support category strategy execution by:
o Managing category priorities for turnaround times, payment channel compliance, supplier optimization, and improvement of digital content of suppliers with recurring spend
- o Determining and committing to EBS driven category savings

  • Special projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Eight (8) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience indirectly leading others (example, leading a project team)
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship building and/or customer service is required
  • Fluency in English required, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel 10%
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a shared services environment
  • Prior supervisory experience or experience in leading teams
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing)
  • Working knowledge of Procurement systems (ERP, SAP, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams and levels across the Organization
