El propósito principal de este rol será, atender solicitudes y requerimientos de los clientes clasificados como enterprise, cumpliendo con los SLA ́s establecidos por chat, correo o mail.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Cumplimiento de SLA's asignados
- Atención de solicitudes por los canales asignados
- Seguimiento a los casos asignados hasta dar solución al cliente
- Asistir a reuniones con clientes, de ser requerido
- Revisión de comportamiento transaccional de los clientes asignados
