About the Job


We are looking for a Compliance & Security Offer who will be responsible for ensuring that the organization meets all of the security requirements to prevent data breaches of the client.

Their duties include creating and maintaining policies and procedures, conducting audits, and staying current with security trends, threats, and regulations of the company and the client policies.

As Compliance & Security Officer, You Will

  • Build and maintain the controls matrix in alignment with multiple compliance frameworks and standards
  • Audit the process implemented
  • Prepare incident reports and status reports, identify issues, and report to senior management and the client
  • Work cross functionally with internal leaders to complete holistic process implementation based on client policies, with the aim of closing any security information gap
  • Track and monitor action items and partner assessment progress
  • Conduct and lead customer customer facing security gap reviews and investigations
As Compliance & Security Officer, You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 510 years of fraud risk experience, compliance, audits and process building
  • Detailoriented and strong analytical and problemsolving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with nontechnical executives and staff
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and translate into actionable mitigation methods
  • Must have exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships
  • Ability to effectively present information to executive leaders, clients, and customers
  • Must have understanding of commonly utilized industry systems and tools to identify fraud risk gaps and recommend changes
