Responsabilidades y atribuciones
Responsabilidades:
- Conocer y dominar los servicios y productos de la nube, especialmente los relacionados con el almacenamiento, procesamiento y análisis de datos, como Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
- Dominar los lenguajes de programación y los marcos de trabajo más utilizados en el desarrollo de datos, como Python, R, SQL, Spark, Scala, etc.
- Aplicar los principios y metodologías de desarrollo ágil, como Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.
- Implementar las estrategias de seguridad, rendimiento, escalabilidad, disponibilidad y calidad de las soluciones de datos, siguiendo las mejores prácticas y los estándares de la industria.
- Gestionar los recursos y el presupuesto de los proyectos de datos, coordinando con las áreas de negocio y las partes interesadas, y entregando soluciones que aporten valor y cumplan con los objetivos establecidos.
- Liderar y coordinar al equipo de datos, asignando tareas, resolviendo problemas, brindando orientación y retroalimentación, y fomentando el aprendizaje continuo y la innovación.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en ingeniería de datos y recomiende mejoras para mejorar la infraestructura y los sistemas de datos.
Requisitos y calificaciones
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprobada como ingeniero de datos o puesto similar entre 35 años
- Fuerte dominio de SQL y experiência con bases de datos relacionales (por ejemplo, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Dominio de al menos un lenguaje de programación (p. ej., Python, Java, Scala)
- Experiência con modelado de datos y principios de diseño de bases de datos.
- Familiaridad con herramientas y procesos ETL.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de datos basadas en la nube (por ejemplo, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Comprensión de los conceptos y tecnologías de almacenamiento de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en un entorno orientado al equipo.
- Atención al detalle y compromiso de realizar un trabajo de alta calidad.
