About The Role:
As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will oversee the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value.
Your role encompasses the following key stages:

Customer Journey Mapping: Include responsibilities for mapping the customer journey from acquisition to retention, identifying touchpoints and opportunities for engagement at each stage.

Segmentation and Personalization: Highlight the need for segmenting the customer base and creating personalized campaigns tailored to different segments based on their lifecycle stage, behavior, or preferences.

Retention Strategies: Introduce strategies focused on retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value, such as loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns for dormant customers, and ongoing communication to nurture customer relationships.

Cross-Sell and Upsell Initiatives: Emphasize efforts to drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle and developing targeted campaigns to promote additional products or services.

Content for Product: Ensure that content on the product, including user interface (UI) elements, effectively communicates value and enhances the overall customer experience.

Data Analysis and Insights: Expand on the importance of analyzing customer data to gain insights into behavior patterns, preferences, and potential churn indicators, and using these insights to optimize lifecycle marketing strategies.

Automation and Marketing Technology: Mention the use of marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline lifecycle marketing workflows, automate personalized communications, and track customer interactions across channels.

Performance Measurement: Include metrics related to customer retention, churn rate, customer lifetime value, and repeat purchase rate to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement

Work closely with various departments such as sales, product, and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of lifecycle marketing strategies across the organization.
- Develop Customer Advocacy Programs: Create initiatives to turn satisfied customers into brand advocates, leveraging their testimonials, reviews, and referrals to drive new business and increase loyalty.
- Optimize Marketing Technology Stack: Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lifecycle marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Responsible for allocating budget and resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives, optimizing ROI and maximizing impact across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Coach and
Mentor Team Members:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to junior members of the marketing team, fostering their growth and success within the organization.
- Drive Innovation and Experimentation: Encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation within the marketing team, testing new approaches, channels, and messaging strategies to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor Competitive Landscape: Keep a pulse on competitors' lifecycle marketing strategies, tactics, and performance metrics, leveraging insights to inform and enhance Olly Olly's own initiatives.
